Welcome

The Narrative Policy Framework is a theory of the policy process that investigates how narratives are used by groups, understood by individuals, and affect socio-political understandings of policy issues.

“From its humble beginnings, along the symmetrical banks of the Portneuf River, the NPF is now an “open source” framework that is being used internationally, and we hope that others will join us in the systematic and empirical study of policy narratives and the policy process."
